It's been a brutal summer with so many 100+ days and with the humidity here the "feels like" temperature has reached 118⁰. So there were a couple of days I didn't walk and decided Saturday to workout in my kitchen. I moved my butt, my feet and my whole body for 40 minutes. I worked out like I was 40 years old, not 60 🙄. It felt so good to be sweaty knowing that I put a lot of effort into that workout.

Fast forward to that evening:. Crazy nerve pain rain across the top of my left foot jolting me to scream out a few cuss words.

Now that was Saturday and this is Friday and I still have shooting nerve pain from time to time. I just need this to heal.

Looking back, I realize I did my workout barefoot - I'm so aggravated at myself.
