Happy FRIDAY!!💃🏻🌞

The farther along my weight loss journey I go, the more I believe in the 80/20 rule. In order for me to maintain, I need to keep this type of balance in my WOE. Before I started losing, my diet was the REVERSE of this...80% processed food (at least!) It feels so good to have managed to bring things around to this healthier ratio😎

THIS SEEMS SUSTAINABLE! For the rest of my days on this earth, I want to keep this model in my mind and on my plate. I thought, for a long time, that it needed to be much stricter than this (and for some folks they choose it to be stricter and that's cool!) but this is doable for my family. In fact...I'm going to print this out and post it in my kitchen (for hubby to keep in mind too😉)

My little raised container garden is truly a victory for me! I do NOT have a green 👍 so decided to keep it small & simple to start with and it's growing!!! It's producing!! I'm so excited! The blueberry bushes are doing well also (in the background) though the birds usually get the majority of them🙄 Maybe I should cover 1 blueberry bush with tulle? To save for us?
