What to do? Hmm, what about pre-planning? Alright, I know it wont help you today but now you know what you should do the next time.

If you only get 1 ten minute break does that mean you don't work a full day? If that is the case just add a few more veggies to each meal you eat.

I work almost 7 hours on these shifts, and I do plan out all my meals. 10 minutes is not long enough to crunch down any veggies. By the time I go to the bathroom and heat up the food, there's almost no time to scarf anything down. I eat veggies at all my other meals, but I like to eat veggies throughout the day, not just large servings at breakfast and dinner. Right now I'm snacking on some peppers, but 10 minutes is just not long enough to do everything.
