hi @chia-nuts-cold brew! I'm sorry I just saw this now. the avacado is dip is from " Holy Guacamole". it's so good. The taco is an Ortega taco shell with 97% lean gound beef ( drained of fat). I make my own taco "seasoning" with spices. The main ingredients are paprika and cumin with a dash of adobo, parsley, cilantro, onion powder and garlic powder. I cook that with some water and like juice with the drained beef. the toppings are just shredded cheese, mild salsa, chopped avacado and green leaf lettuce. that's cucumber on the side. I took the picture because of how green everything was!

@chia-nuts-cold brew. It says it's 357 calories in my food journal but I couldn't find out exactly for the lean ground beef so it's probably less.
