Diary of a mad man.....

This weekend was a disaster on so many levels, with the diet and personally. No need to record calories they were not documented and threw the roof. I have decided I am going to stop taking the creatine until I drop more weight. Even with a low calorie diet my strength has increased drastically and my endurance is way up. Also my chest and shoulders seem to have swollen up and it's great but weight loss has come to a complete stop. Honestly its a good thing because its prevent any muscle loss. But I am to impatient to wait any longer. I just realized its not going to be that hard to get back in to heavy strength training so I'm just going to put it on the back burner and continue the low calorie routine I was doing 2-3 weeks ago. Muscles are starting to show again so once I get below 250 I will continue.
My 3 days rule I'm sure is in affect today especially since I was off Monday were talking 3 days of party and BS so I'm not going to weigh my self until Thursday.
