This isn't how I feel but I did think it's was a lovely poem xx 

I imagine all sorts of psychological experiments could be carried out. I read it upside down 🤔

Hi Heather, I'm the same as you at the moment, I still need to lose 8lbs but true I have not tried. I am saying another but no action. Now I know I need to change this around. Just like your message fantastically thought out. Who wrote that has a very cleaver mind. So if one can do that with true feelings and thoughts. I can do this with my diet. Nomoreto say.
