I'm calling this #Seniors Sunday! 👵👨🏽🦳👴🏿👩🏻🦳 There are a fair number of us here on FS that are 'senior citizens' according to our birthdates...but most of us don't 'act our age'!😂 I believe that eating healthy foods and staying physically active as much as possible helps us to 'stay young'🎠 The graphics below list just a couple of ways (for each category of exercise) that our lives can be enhanced by being more active. These look very much like NSVs to me! Can you help me by adding more "incentives" to each category? I'll add one to get us started... 1)Endurance: Make it out to the rural mailbox without stopping to rest 📪✔ 2)Strength: Carry & use the weedeater for 30 mins at a time✔ 3)Balance: Use a shovel to dig a hole✔ 4)Flexibility: Bend down to pet the kitties🐈🐈✔ These might not seem like victories to some of you...but I COULD NOT do these simple things 2 years ago. I encourage everyone to MINDFULLY take note of things you can do now that you haven't been able to do for a long time. RELISH the accomplishment! SAVOR the success! and KEEP MOVING to enable even greater things to come 💙👍💪👏

@rufreel...Yes!! I have a flat, round non-slip disk that I use to get lids off. Really helps with the arthritis 👍👍

Balance: I have to be able to squat and pee...and get up again...on cross country skis ⛷ I fell once doing that. BRRRRR! 🥶🤣

Awww, SO sweet CJ...look in ur own mirror, Inspo Queen👸🏼 🤙🏽❣️ When I can run away fm work, I do in-person Zumba Gold👩🏽🦳 (Tue nights) & Zumba Toning💪🏽 (Thu nights) at a local park...LIVE is really the way to go bc u feed off the energy⚡️💥⚡️💥⚡️
