Been feeling down lately. Vacation set me back, with the scale going in the opposite direction from what I’m wanting. Then between my 3 year old being on summer break and the new puppy, I never have uninterrupted time to myself so my workout routine has been spotty at best. I get cranky when I can’t work out, and more so when I’m hungry on top of it. Diet /calorie deficit aspect is going okay during the week, but I have social and family activities every weekend from now through September, so it will be hard to stay on track during those occasions. Don’t get me wrong, I am so grateful to have this time with my daughter and I love my puppy and I feel blessed to have family and friends to spend time with. But my self-care isn’t where I need it to be right now unfortunately. Sorry for complaining, FS fam, I just needed to vent. ❤️
