Had hot dog ( I know...😝) and halo top ice cream last night....
Ive been having some trouble with altitude here. I have heart issues and did get ok from Dr but he said I would be effected, and I am. I get weak after being out, even for a short period of time. We went downtown yesterday and walked about 2 miles up n down Main St. I was so weak and dehydrated that I was lethargic for rest of day. Gotta remember my water!!!!💜

Glorybee, walking is a great start! I tried looking up your profile but you are private so it's a bit hard for me to give you accurate advice. I'm not sure where you are in your fitness journey but walking is great cardio. Be careful of heat, always bring water! How far are you walking and at what pace? All this can play into how exhausted you may feel. I would just tell you to keep adding time and difficulty to your routine and make sure to listen to your body! Good luck!!❤️🤍💙

Hi Diana thanks for your help in my question about walking. I just made my journal for everyone. I am new to this and I had to figure it out LOL. We are walking up to four miles a day it takes us about an hour and 15 minutes I'd say we do 20 mi a week or maybe a little under. I am over 60 and I know that the Heat plays a big part. My husband told me to wear a hat which is helping but my mind can play a big part and how long we go
