Wow. It's Monday again! I had a busy weekend (aren't they all getting there??) First Saturday of Operation Wedding was this past Saturday. And Hot? Oh, girlfriend...I sweated buckets!!! No air in the upstair bedroom. Basically it was a walk down memory lane, as there were alot of things that my parents had kept from childhood. Didn't go through it all, really just boxed it up in plastic containers and stacked them 5 boxes high. I found it funny that my mom was amazed that I'd already used the boxes that she had bought AND went out and bought more! Really boxes was what went out...LOTS of boxes went out! I'm thankful that Allen and Daddy were good sports about hauling the boxes off for me. Mom was working on a reception - decorations, etc -- it's totally her niche.

Yesterday, fought off a headache (wonder if it was due to borderline dehydration?) and did get a smidge of walking in. But let's face it, after the rain...IT GOT HOT AND MUGGY! Just standing outside moving minimally...and sweat just pourinng off. Wonder if that is a good thing?

Started this morning as I do always (well, this is the 2nd week of a good thing)...drink water before working out...and still kind of hungry. So....hmmm, thinking I'm going to have to kick up the water stuff a little, either that or go for Gatorade (which is NOT recommended due to the sugar content)! I opted for the 64 oz size container of water versus 33.8 fl oz.

Okay...time to get ready to head to work...7am has completely snuck up on me. Happy Birthday to my little brother too! Wahoo! Pizza tonight. LOL. In moderation!!
