I dnt know how to interpret the data. The over all pie charts, like the one you posted. Is it what is left of the macrons or the total thus far?  

@tkmathe87 When on a Ketogenic diet you need to eat 5% Carbs which is plus/minus 20grams net carbs daily. 30% Protein and 65% Fats. I eat very minimal carbs as I only eat one meal a day. A typical meal that would give me these Macros is 2 medium fatty pork chops and 100grams of broccoli florets from Woolies. I then capture this info on this fat secret App and it calculates my Macros for me and I just screen-grab the chart are post it. Hope this helps🌻🥹

@nonto_zwane I don’t use photos I add the food and quantity of that specific meal and the App calculates everything for me…
