It was SO NICE to go to my granddaughter's choir concert and NOT have to wrestle with the walker or my cane when being seated in the auditorium😊

Some times we need to be more thankful for our blessings, and complain less about minor inconveniences. Attitude check for me! Tending toward grumpy recently. So happy for you and your new Mobility.

@SLYONE...The reason I share here is because of the direct connection between my weight loss and more mobility and opportunity to have more fun😊 When I started changing not only my eating habits but also my activity level, it opened up new possibilities for me to participate more in the world around me. I'm thankful too for my medical team that keeps working with me so I can be my best. 🙏💙
