That looks really good. Sweet potato fries would love to try again. Had them in a restaurant and had terrible cramps. Don't know why? How were they made

Glorybeee, thank you! Those sweet potato fries are the easiest to make. I preheat oven or toaster oven to 425 degrees, peel a sweet potato, cut into fries, add paprika, garlic powder, and salt and toss with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Into the oven for about 20 minutes. Done!

Thank you.i am trying to eat more vegetables. Today we had eggplant parm made with panko crumbs instead of breadcrumbs was real good. Love looking on pinterest for recipes.
