Fasting blood sugar 154 / weight 171.6
Blood pressure at dentist today was 124/61, so pleased with that and very little cleaning needed to be done on my teeth. I think the keto diet probably helps that too. Managed to keep to 16/8 intermittent fasting today. Skipped breakfast entirely and didn't eat lunch until 12:15 pm. Drank my mocha coffee at lunch. Hubby cooked a lovely garden fresh lunch, steamed okra, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow squash, and fish fillets to go with it. Sweet man even washed the dishes! Supper will be boiled eggs, deli turkey breast, and sliced tomatoes on a slice of cheese. Lots of water and iced tea. I did cheat a little with some chocolate chip cookies! Need hubby to hide those again!

Unfortunately had a hypoglycemic episode after church last night. Shakey, popped out a clammy sweat. beginnng to feel floaty. There were some mini Hersey's candy bites in the church annex kitchen, so I ate 3 of those. Rapid recovery, but by the time I got home an hour later, glucose was down to 85. Guess I can't do the 16/8 intermittent fasting more than one day at a time. Got to rethink my plan.

I’m sorry you’re hypoglycemic. My blood sugar bottoms out, too. I learned pretty quick that I can’t tolerate low fat diets. Good luck on your journey!
