Dr. W so happy! All of my numbers were so good he doesn't even need to see me till May 27th! He didn't even adjust my insulin, said I will know when to dial it down some more; as I have been doing. Only one thing. He was concerned about my high high liver enzymes. I will most likely get a call to do some more blood work. He said it is from the WLS and he will think on it a while after he consults with Dr. H I'm sure. Feel great!

Take a look at the side effects of any Meds you may be on. My liver numbers were getting high and I realized 3 of the meds I was on were NOT good for my liver so My Doctor switched them out for another one that were not detrimental to my liver.

You are right in your observations. He did tell me that 'statins' used for cholesterol are often the culprit. However, that is why he was puzzled, he had switched me to Zetia over a year ago. So, I guess I will hear from them soon.
