My garden has officially made vegetables. Picked these beauties today. A handfull of purple green-beans!! This year I have loads of hot peppers, sunchokes, spaghetti squash, korean melon, beans, zucchini, daikon radish, and eggplants :)

Pickling is a good idea, because if you cook them, they turn green and look like regular boring green beans. I love the purple flowers on these plants, and the purple beans are much easier to find than the green ones. yum!
