@Kayise 😂😂😂Trust me I can relate, I wake up at 5am but literally negotiate with myself for about 20mins before I can actually get out of bed and go exercise. It’s sooo difficult!!!

Good for you! I've moved my workout time from 5am to my lunch break, as I cannot get myself out of bed at that time during winter 😂

Waking up in winter is tough but we have to keep pushing to achieve our goals. Finding time during the day to ensure it gets done is a must.
