Many of you know I BBQ. I’ve really kicked my business into high gear with the local farmers market, cooking fairly regularly. It’s been noce to add it to my routine, but my routine has definitely changed. You can’t do it all, but you can make changes.

I think I’m lucky, I’m not a fan of BBQ sauce. I can eat a rib once in a while if the occasion arises, but definitely not bbq chicken. I love the smell though and I can smell these all the way hear.

It looks absolutely delicious. I've found a great tasting sugar free BBQ sauce. I'll order it from Walmart.

Our market goes from April to October. The weather is pretty iffy the rest of the year.

Tips for BBQ? Look up the experts and see what they do. So much available on social media. There is always trial and error.

I’m not a huge fan of bbq sauce, but our friends make a good one and the sauce on these bad boys definitely kick pork belly up a notch. I’m not a fan of plain pork belly.
