I am going to take you up on that one of these days!!! I have a feeling I wouldn't be able to walk a few days after! I better get to practicing! 

I really love walking and I can’t wait to get back to it! 10 miles seems like it might be impossible right now for me but I’m going to work up to it I hope. I really like how you said it’s the balm to your soul

KayBuckaroo, we need a little "balm" any which way we can get it. Your tiny, busy, beautiful "responsibilites" slow life down, and I also know you are suffering pain. I hope you can get to walk a lot and long in the future... It doesn't build muscle or even burn a terrible ton of energy, but it is such a blessing to move... It is wonderful!  

Becky, I don't know if I just wasn't paying attention as much in past years, but I seem to be seeing the wild roses blooming absolutely everywhere right now. Along the trail you and I walked, I noticed literally dozens of bushes the other day when I was walking before going to work. The sweet smell in the are is so amazing! ❤️
