Life is Great Wholefoodnut my son is doing amazing he is in VA hospital another city and my Daughter in Love has gone to local Christian counselor she is doing well ,, Hopeful my granddaughter well receive the help that will be offered to her ,, did gain about 6 lbs but am back on the wagon and have been going to the gym and working out goint to knee specaist in feb something is miss firing giggling My spirit is fly high Love being my Happy self miss ya too <3 Praying that Christmas was good for ya it was for me starting in Thanksgiving first year in years all my kids were under the same roof and watching my kids all pull together and forgiveness reigning wow couldn't ask for any thing better <3 were healing as Gods word promises sweet dreams to ya <3

So good to hear. The stress seems to be easing up for you so your weight loss journey may be easier now. Stress is not nice to the body.
