My back & Sciatica finally quit...it happened in one minute! I had to clean around the bottom of the toilet, cause men are nasty..lol and because I have knee implants I cant get down on my knees..so I straddle the john, and lean way down and clean around the base...I stood back up and no more back pain or sciatica..lol I think I had a slipped disk..who knew cleanin the john would be a good thing..lol My back is a little sore but I'm up and moving and was able to do 10 min on treadmill..I need a good pair of sneekers that dont raise up too much in the heel but provide good shock absorbing..Any ideas are welcome! I jst bought Sketchers and dont care for them at all
