I love sherbet!! 

It’s that time of year 

Yum!! 

It’s summer!! 🍦 

My 2nd grader received several awards today at school. It’s tradition in elementary school that if they have all A’s on their report card during conferences and at the awards assembly then they get dinner or ice cream. Since it was 2pm she got ice cream. She insisted her dad and I have some too so this was the best option they had for me. I “could’ve” had just one scoop but I couldn’t decide so got both lol. Being lactose intolerant sherbet is about all I can have because everything else, even soft serve or frozen yogurt, upsets my tummy. I didn’t finish the last half of the cone however as I was getting a belly ache just from such a large portion!  

Not to sabotage, but as a friendly piece of information Magnum has a vegan Ice Cream bar that's terrific, and for me addictive. Since they are sold out on all my grocery store options, I've decided that now Ben & Jerry's is offering vegan options it's worth giving them a try. Maybe you could find the vegan Magnum bars in your area. Taste profile is identical to their dairy bars.

Thx for the info Jeannie. I will look for it at our stores. I don’t eat ice cream much as I’m more of a candy bar person but sometimes I get a craving for some ice cream or sherbet!
