Back home from the beach. The water felt much colder than normal. The waves were a bit more gentle than before too. Able to get a few really good body surfing runs in and a couple in the boogie board. The downside was I had a really long nap after lunch and missed a lot of water time, so when everyone else was ready to leave I was still ready to head back into the water. Oh well. Great day. Easy traffic too! Bonus!!

Still lifting at the gym, motivation is still lacking somewhat but I am pushing through. Still not really logging or watching what I eat, so I am sure I am not making gains towards my goals. I really need to do something about this lack of motivation funk I am in.

Try a thirty day challenge. Total weight or days at gym. Great way to see what you’re doing.

MisCHelle It was a blast. My son is really good at body surfing. I am trying to keep up with him.

Fritzy It takes about an hour and half maybe more to drive to Stinson Beach from where we live. It’s almost the same drive time from when we lived in the Bay Area. The traffic killed us there, now it mostly distance with traffic mixed in with it.

Kat 30 day challenge huh, could be something to help regain some form of motivation. I am going to the gym, grudgingly as of late. I really need to start being more careful with what and how much I am eating. Thanks for the support my friend.
