Thanks everyone! I literally just threw it together. I cook for my husband, my kids and then myself. By the time I get to my food I am just plain lazy and throw whatever veggies and meats I have in a pan 🤣 This was chicken breasts cooked in a cast iron skillet (so much flavor) with a 1/2 tbsp butter and a dash of salt and pepper. I set that aside and cooked mushrooms and shrimp in another pan. Then I steamed the broccoli, onions and peppers and put about 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in it. I tossed it all on a plate and drizzled some elderberry wine sauce on top. Elderberry wine sauce is just wine with brown sugar simmered until it cooks off most of the alcohol. 😊
