I feel good - I am all filled up with "good" food - lots and lots of protein - got my fat macro levels up - because they are always low - got that fibre level up to - gastric pain - and all of "oses" are up ---- we are now ready to go on the next 5 pounds - and deep breath - slowly places one foot heel to toe in front of the other ---- nice and slow - give ourselves 6 weeks to knock off 5 pounds and just in case I try to take a bigger stride - I have a riding crop - and that really hurts. (I am a firm believer in beating myself rather than other people) --- Have a great week.

Jergens, Jergens, Jergens...my friend, you missed the whole point of my post! Put that nasty ol' riding crop away kuz beating yourself (or anybody else, for that matter!) is NOT the answer! If you really REALLY think you need it at some point, I will administer that gentle kick to your *ss to get you going, but I don't think you'll need it!! You KNOW what to do and you DEFINITELY are driven to succeed. So, carry on soldier...see ya at the finish line!!🏁

it is very hard. I'm doing ok with walking. need to add something for upper body. and definatly need to eat better and different.

@gloria...I started following you and would be glad to offer suggestions, ideas regarding changes in eating. To start...maybe you could just start with one change to your diet...less soda or sugar per day or more water per day. The ONLY way to lose weight is to eat/drink less calories than you burn with exercise. Soda & sugary foods have a BUNCH of calories compared to veggies. Please go back through the things I've posted on my journal for more ideas. Nice to meet you Gloria 🙋‍♀️🌷

I KNOW missed the point - I missed on purpose - and okay - I will put away my ol riding crop BUT - old habits are hard to change ---- so get out your finish line flag and put on your a** kicking boots - here I come - the monstrous 5 pound loss! Wow Be Still my Heart. Lol

Every day, you make me smile, CrystalJo 😃 So true about not letting bobbles derail you. I always say it's not about what you eat 5% of the time, it's what you eat the other 95%. I try to leave room in my diet for imperfection without guilt, provided I'm on track the vast majority of the time. Not everything I eat needs to be perfectly healthy, but the overall pattern needs to be healthy
