I am not good at any form or conception of "diet control"
The pressure of Challenge #15 was too much for me.---
I gained 1.8 pounds since I started the challenge ---
I DID THAT MYSELF - the gain has not a thing to do with the Challenge.
I am not good with any kind of food pressure/restriction - I just rebel.
I am like a "Rebel without pause" with any kind of food restrictions.
I changed up my "Go to Breakfast" this morning to
Breakfast Taco without the taco or tortilla shell.
It was good - it was very good!
I am now going to "IF" or pass on lunch today!
390 calories - Tacoless Breakfast Taco - Total Breakfast 390 calories
1 egg scrambled - 1/4 cup diced tomato - 1/4 beans
1 slice Velvetta cheese - topped with 2 Tablespoons mild salsa
4 Ritz crackers - 1/2 cup of grapes - 1/2 apple
- 3 coffee with milk & sugar - 1 cup water

AND BECAUSE OF BREAKFAST - I CAN SKIP LUNCH BECAUSE I AM PAST FULL
(I am using only regular market foods -
the beans are from regular market canned "pork & beans"
and I wash and rinse all of the"stuff" off the beans
and use those beans - in breakfasts - lunches - dinners. It works.)
