Thanks Pwrestlephoto :) I would love to be in the 320's by the end of the year. I am going to get my butt into gear this week and get back on track. 

Let's agree that last week is best gone and done. This week will be better. Think I'm going to go get my Mediterranean diet cookbook dusted off and see if there's a good recipe for soup. We can do better...and we will! 

You are right, Linda! I am keeping my eyes focused ahead :)  

That IS the beautiful thing about each day .. it's NEW, and it brings a NEW OPPORTUNITY to start fresh! :D We know that we're going to have those weeks from time to time .. the key is not to allow that to become two days, a week, a month, or years! The OLD us would have thrown the towel in and reverted back to gratifying our flesh because lets face it .. losing weight and getting fit and healthy is TOUGH. Especially since food is an addiction! But we've died to our old selves, and we've been raised with Christ Jesus to our NEW CREATIONS! We have the ability to walk in obedience, and in victory in this .. BECAUSE OF JESUS IN US! It's by HIS ability! It's SO important to remember to ABIDE in the Vine .. DAILY! I'm SO proud of you, sister! <3 You're getting SO CLOSE to your goal of reaching the 320's! I KNOW you'll get there! I KNOW you'll do this! You WILL succeed! You WILL have victory! As long as you keep your hope, your trust, and your focus on the Lord! LOOK UP! :D
