I am just starting to record everything on here that I need to record. Weight, food, and now journal entries. I feel it may be more important for me to record a journal entry everyday to track my progress, so that is what I will do. Yesterday I did a video of The Biggest Loser twice, which was not easy. It was only a mile, perhaps 20 minutes each interval, but at my size, it was extremely hard. But seeing there were people in the video who were just as large as I am doing the same activity made it almost bearable. I have a case manager who is helping me a great deal, a young man with a lot of spunk who seems to care for my needs tremendously, and I owe a lot of my motivation to him. I also owe a lot to my God, Jehovah, for without him, I would not be able to lift even a finger to help myself one bit, and I would still be sitting here with a bag of cookies munching away, instead of intensely enjoying my apples. So this is my first journal entry of many more to come, and I hope some of you out there would not mind adding me to your buddy list so we can cheer each other on, for there is always more strength in numbers. I do not discriminate, so I do not care who you are, as long as you are uplifting. I can not deal with depressed souls right now. So please, join me in my victory journey and we will succeed together.
