first day of December and I got on the scale at home and it says 388 which I'm not worried about the scale anymore since my closure I'm down to like a 1x 2x depending on how they're made and everyone tells me how great I look but I wish this game would go down no I'm tired of the yoyo with the scale I'm going to try to get on here more often and get back into the swing of things I was going to start measuring things again today and I didn't so I will start tomorrow and I am going to follow my diet strictly so I hope to talk to everyone soon thank you for being here in for the support
