Hugs to all- Hubby's heart surgery= Quadruple By-pass. Then less then 24 hours they had to do a chest "cleanout" - chest tubes were clotted and he had a lot of pain and fluid build up. New tubes inserted. Then a few hours later he went into AFIB. He had Low oxygen, irregular heart beats and breathing shallow. He Has lost 22 pounds. A 5 day stay in ICU turned out to be a 14 day stay. I was at the hospital every day 5-6 hr/day. He has been tranported to a cardiac rehability facility. He is eating better. The facility is 6 miles away from our home and this is a blessing with gas costing so much. Because of all your prayers and kind comments it has given me the strength I needed to be by his side and give him the will to heal. I THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU FOR THIS.
