Hubby made whole wheat blueberry pancakes for breakfast...mmmmmmm!! I've got half a dozen blueberry bushes in my back yard and am coming to really appreciate their value 👏🤤

The mitochondria is an interesting component of our physical 'machine'. I learned a LOT about it (like it has it's own separate DNA) when my late husband was diagnosed with MELAS (Mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes) and passed away in his 50's. The mitochondria are so important, yet most of us have never even HEARD of it!

I like the poster about the muscles - who knew ? I am just starting to revamp prior muscles - keep walking and outside of the kitchen (right) longer distances - outside of the house !!! Thanks Crystal Jo.

Okay --- tomorrow has to finally be --- "Wicked Wednesday" !!! (I skipped out today BTW - I did not log - I did not weigh - I did portion and I did eat healthy foods since I already ate all of the unhealthy foods)

I already know --- that blueberries are very good for you --- that is correct BUT maraschino cherries are good too --- but those are gone now !!! SOB.
