Gwendolyn -- all of us choose different strategies and have different food preferences, so what doesn't appeal to you may appeal to others. I prefer whole, plant-based foods, so I'd rather have the avocado/banana/cocoa trick than nonfat yogurt with artificial sweetener. Plus, you may not believe this, but it's incredibly tasty 😋 I like to try different healthy spins on foods, but if they don't taste good to me, I only run the experiment once. Please don't yuk on my yum 🙂
