It’s interesting. I’ve been on this journey for 14 months (and have basically taken the last 2 months off). Have lost 60+ lbs., which is awesome! However…. feeling and seeing myself in this new/old body, it isn’t enough yet. I’m still not where I want to be. I’m kind of surprised. I thought I’d be thrilled to get under 200 lbs and in size 14’s, but it doesn’t feel right/comfortable yet. Sigh. Trying to wrap my head around more work to do. Being 62 and not having the energy of my youth, this is exhausting. But it is what it is. Trying to get back in to the headspace of counting…..every…..calorie…. Honestly, I think I have 30 more lbs to go….
