Happy Thursday FSF 👋💙 My body seems to be reacting to the injections (after being off them for a while). Inflammation, headaches and sleep disturbance mostly. I know I'll be feeling much better after about a month on them again. In the meantime, I needed a 'smile' this morning and found these to share. Did my morning exercise routine, had a nutritious breakfast...now gonna tackle some long overdue household filing & paperwork. I am so encouraged, day after day, by seeing your posts and realizing I am not alone in this journey to better health. Whether you're struggling (I can relate) or celebrating (I also can relate!). Hang in there! The meds do take 4-6 weeks to go through your system and really become effective. Take care!💜💜
