First day of trying to do a few chores at night, = TORTURE!!😫 I get up at 3:45am, do chores, go to work and get home about 7:30 - 8, or later, and I am DEAD TIRED!🥱 How dare I call it torture, my heart is laden with shock and sadness, yet life goes on, but to me that can be the saddest part, if I didn’t have the Lord. As we think about the events that are happening and the struggling and the countless tears and fears and problems beyond all comprehension, we need to stay strong and not be defeated by the evil in this world. Job kept the faith. Will we do likewise as we face those that want to destroy us.🇺🇦 Chores at night, when I am pooped, what’s that in the scheme of things?! I am not going to hit the “power off” button!💪 Even though I make no secret of the fact that I would rather lie on a sofa than sweep beneath it.😁 Have a Wonderful Wednesday, for we will pray for strength and blessings to conquer the enemy!🌺♥️ “Instead of cleaning the house, maybe I could just turn off the lights.” 😆

we all want the double portion Job received but few are willing to ensure what he did. me included. I asked a while back how Abraham endured so long after his promise until the fulfillment. the word says he was fully convinced. how do I become fully convinced. that's been my search. stay strong mama. your loved and appreciated. youve been more kind to me than my friends IRL. that's truth.

I am not Catholic but as a Christian I do give up something or do something charitable for the 6 weeks of Lent.( I do try to do things year round as well..) I do it because I recognize and am eternally grateful that Christ gave up the ultimate sacrifice for me, the least I can do is give up something for Him.

Plus, he told Abraham back then, when there was so much land untouched, to take care of his land.
I think about it all the time as we ruin the land with trash every single day!!! Where does it all go and how can we sustain everybody throwing out so much? We can put people on Mars, but we can’t handle our trash and I’m sure we’ll leave trash on Mars.
Sorry, I got off subject.
We can’t know the mind of the Lord or how He sees things. As He said, if we only had the faith of a mustard seed! Some days I think I have it, and others I just am human and don’t understand at all!! That’s why being in His word grounds us, and gets us ever closer to Him. Our little minds will never understand, that’s why our spirit has to have the faith. Blessings Andrew! Job was such a righteous man, I feel like my grandfather was close to being like him.♥️

Diana, I was raised Catholic and they are Christians, but they don’t read the Bible enough for me to learn much, so I moved on.
But going to a Catholic church and through mass, you really feel spiritual, more so than anywhere else. I love Lent as that’s a nice tradition to honor the Lord.
You brought me to tears because the hell He went through for us, as you said, we can do at least, a little something for Him. ♥️👍🙏
