So we got our cat spayed yesterday. Last night was rough for her. She didn't want to eat or drink. I wasn't so much worried about her not eating but was worried because she wouldn't drink. I kept craving comfort (junk) food because of the worry. I was successful at not giving in to my emotions and not did stuff myself with comfort food. I'm very proud of myself! It was a good reminder that my relationship with food has not been a healthy one and I need to be aware that stress can trigger those old feelings and urges.

Also this morning our kitty is doing well. She is both eating and drinking and he stitches look good.
