Total transparency. Full accountability. After two weeks of consistency I had a wobble. I worked out and went for a brisk hike. Skipped Lunch. Only ate half my supper and by the time we got home I was hangry. This is the recipe for a binge. I am still proud. I stopped myself from spiraling out. Lesson learned. I will do better.

I was going through your history a bit after your last post - and is your RDI not maybe too low for your current weight, leaving you hungry and unsatisfied and then starving leading to a binge? I was also in the 90s beginning, and I'm short, and I never had such a low RDI. It needs to be lowered gradually because otherwise you might end up plateauing very soon regardless. At 66kg now my RDI is still higher than yours at 1700cals to lose weight

I have looked into you advise @waistaway87 I am 164cm tall and 36years old. I am fairly sedentary. I try to move at least 10 thousand steps daily. I worked it out.https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html so my vase is 1614. I think my mistake is that I only looked at this value. Not adding any activity in. I do look after a very active 2 year old little boy. So u think I should have been looking at 1937 cal instead. Last year I ate 1200 for most of the year and saw an improvement in my weighloss and quality if life when I went unto 1400. However I agree with you. I lt probably the reason I am so fatigued and end up binging. I took a break from dieting this weekend. I will increase my calorie intake to 1600. So that I am in a deficit and do some light walking workouts. I will do this for a month and keep close record of how I feel and reassess thereafter. Thank you so much for takingth to look at my stats and say something. Really appreciate you so much.

I just tried to update my calories on the app and it advises that my daily intake should be 2800. now I am confused.

@ultramel - ah hun, you are the exact same height as me, and I started at your weight, and I'm only slightly younger than you so we should be about the same. What I normally do is take on the sedentary setting just to start, so I know what I should be eating RDI if I literally did nothing all day - that should be at least 1600cal-1800cal for you, and then my activity is like my bonus and if I do exercise I map it on the app (although my iphone/apple watch does it automatically now), so that day I know I can eat slightly more - then if you go to the bottom right and click and go to diet calendar you can see sort of your month to date...but I really believe you trying to eat too low, especially for your current weight, and you ending up exactly like you said hungry and fatigued...you need to gradually lower because otherwise you will end up plateauing sooner as well ❤️

2800cals might be a bit high but it's maybe accounting for activity of you using anything beyond low active - I recommend using low active because you consistently gym..
