After weeks of eating very little at most meals this was a huge meal! I ate every bit of it too! (Except the potato peel and the tiny bit of fat on the pork loin) Had to work to get the half pork loin slice and last slice of bread in my stomach! Was worth it and already hungry again. Odd how stress eating for me is either very little food or tons of snacks and very small meals. (Chocolate always goes down easily 😂) Then to have a day like today where I am ravenous at 4 and make myself wait until 7 to eat. I wasn’t saving that bread for leftovers though as my children would’ve fought over it to see who could eat it before I could. Less problems if I just eat it right then. Time to go rooting around for the snickers I have laying around here somewhere. Too much trouble to unwrap Hershey’s kisses lol.  

Those Hershey kisses wrappers can be a lifesaver by slowing down the eating process! 😂 Same with the shelled peanuts! 🥜 If not for the shell, I'd go through a pound in one sitting! 

I open all 7 wrappers (one serving) and then eat them all at once lol. They were given to me in a present. Personally I usually just pick up a Hershey’s bar for about the same calories as 2 servings of kisses and only one wrapper 😂. I can’t enjoy a snack if I have to open it up constantly like shelled peanuts. Thankfully almonds don’t have shells :). At least not the ones I buy on the store.
