I am surely going to remember 2022. The drama continues.... Yesterday, hubby had the cardiologist appointment. He was not approved for Pre-op clearance. There was an abnormality in an artery on the left side of his heart in the stress test. Now he must have a heart chath. done. So now the back surgery is postponed for the second time. I am trying to keep a positive spin on this. I told him it is fixable, better now than during his back surgery. While we were waiting to see the doctor, I got a phone call that my grandson (Kolton's father) was asked to come to the police station. After questioning him, he confessed to shaking the baby. He was arrested and in jail. I had some questions-- what about the skull fracture? The MRI showed it was not a fracture, but abnormal formation of the skull. My second question was answered about the mother using drugs- she tested positive, CPS are aware of the results. Needless to say, we are all devastated. His sister is applying for kinship of both children. So much is going on, so many emotions, so much disappointment, so many questions but keeping the faith. The good Lord has been there for me all the while. Keep us in your prayers. Blessings to all
