Arm jiggle workout...30 reps of each with 5lb weights lying dumbbell tricep extension seated tricep press tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm) reverse curl standing overhead dumbbell press dumbbell lateral raise Done.
Treadmill: 30 minutes, speed 3.0, incline 3.0...Done
Elliptical: 33 minutes...Done.
My husband gave me a bunch of his old t-shirts, that were size L and XL that don't fit him any more, seeing as how mine are now getting too big. I wanted to try each one on to see if it fit. For each one I was scared that it was going to be too small. I would hold it up and think, it's too small, it's not going to fit, and while a couple of them were a bit tight I was surprised to see that they really did fit. It was an emotional experience for me to fit into a size that hasn't fit in many many years. I have been wearing 2X and 3X for years now.
