I “ballooned” up after October this year. That’s when my husband deployed to Texas, where I am now. Yup lol it was BAD BED behavior for sure. But, I’m not big on alcohol and well, weeds just medicine for sleep but food, I abuse the hell out of my food. That right there, the good girl drug. I would trade anything with you though to get rid of it lol so IF is my shot at losing these 30 stress pounds. Leaving me in a calorie deficit 👍I know what to do. I have to titrate off a med keeping me overweight, too, and it’s not an easy process. So I got the IF in place first, then I went down in that med. doc has been cheering for me. Hubs too. It’s high blood sugars and high bp’s - and that’s the metabolic disorder. Tardive Dyskinesia too… good lord lol I’m coming to terms with the fact the drug works but a) I gained 30 pounds and it’s so b) difficult to lose weight now at all! Well, that’s my news. Carry on
