Rice is my downfall and finishing off my daughter's leftovers. Ate rice at lunch time and also vey oily chicken rice at dinner! Also ate some crunchy pieces and half a bounty bar. Thinking about it, all were my daughters leftovers! Apart from that was carb free with the exception of a bit of fruit in the morning. Will be interesting to see how my body handles the carbs today after two relatively carb-free days. Feel bloated. Mantra to repeat to self- leftover's must go straight in the bin. Doesn't matter how much care went into making the food or how expensive it was. You are not a garbage disposal system. It was meant for the kid. If she's not eating it it has gone to waste already so must go straight in the bin! Beginning to really recognise all the behaviours that have contributed to my shocking weight gain in the last few years.

Good for you to see what is happening there. I never got into that habit of eating after my children. Thankfully, My son was such a pb&j I would have double the pounds to loose. Try cooking a bit less. If your child is still hungry she can always have a piece of fruit along with you
