Thanks for the toolbox Crystaljo, it's very easy to get carried away when you think it's healthy, not just that!!!! Its easy to get carried away with food period. Lol

Thanks Crystal. That is a great reminder I try to keep my scale handy to help me get portions somewhat right. I think the oil may be the thing that trips people up. But sometimes you also see that some people do not count certain items because they are treats so people have all kinds of different approaches

yep and I can eat a whole pizza for dinner and lose weight, just gotta make sure I don't eat anything else all day

I'm always amazed at calorie counts for Granola. Even the simplest stuff on the shelves have a lot of sugar. I finally made some at home and cut the fats, sugars and nuts. I use it to top my yogurt & sugar-free applesauce breakfasts. You HAVE to read the nutrition label and double check the portion size.
