I started my weigh in at 260 but I was a little more than that, I couldn't find a way to change it so I just left it , I'll do a weigh in on sunday and go from there. I don't want to do a daily weigh in right now as the last time I was working out When I was about 27-29, I tried to weigh every day on a chart but I wasn't seeing much improvement and gave up. I had gotten a Nordic track elliptical and a Toatal gym for that.
At that time I had no idea of my cal intake so I was kinda lost on that. I stuck to no diet plan, my thinking was that just I'd lose weight if I ate the same but was more active, it failed or I just couldn't keep with the program. It seems with this fatsecret app I'm using on android, lol might actually keep me focused enough to go throug with this. I love how it puts it all in numbers and allows me to visualize what I'm eatign day by day.

It really is easy to adjust meals for dinner or lunch,Like today for instance I told my girlfriend we were having hamberger subs with fries and she didn't want fries so I quickly adjusted the dinner plan and sbstituted a vegetable, but it allowed me to squeese in some frozen yogurt for dessert :), I'd like to be able to send meal plans to friends, as my Girlfriend and I usually eat dinner together and do different things for breakfast and lunch.

Other than a few hunger strikes I've been doing good for a few days now, its reminding me of when I quit smoking, I kept telling myself that it was mind over matter and I was in control. I hope I can maintaine it.
