I would say eat a pear or maybe some always refrigerated Claussen pickles. They can be found in the cold deli isle.. They taste alot better to me than the shelved brands. Anyways, pickles tend to curb appetite again, for me, really well. At night time, I make sure to snack on them and ceasing the whole chips and dip snack trend.

There are SO many choices JustJeanne...but my personal faves are SmartPop popcorn (or air-popped is even better), grapes & apples. If you Google low-fat snacks you'll find OODLES of ideas & recipes.👍

I like cucumbers with lemon juice and pepper during the day. if I need a snack that won't make me pee all night, I snack on the 100 calorie bags of popcorn.

Edamame with a little salt. Pack of flavored Starkist tuna with a few reduced fat wheat thins Zucchini fries from an air fryer Apples with natural peanut butter Nonfat Greek yogurt with honey

Im finding it hard to do low fat AND low carb, or watch carbs, at the same time. Thanks for all the snack ideas! I do have pickles and grapes and cukes! 😋

Most commercial low fat snacks have added sugar, etc. There is a book called something like "Eat fat, Lose Weight". Also there is a number of Youtube videos by the guys that has the one: "Butter Made My Pants Fall Off". Low fat is slowly being shown to be contrary to losing weight. Things that make your blood sugar go up is the culprit, like glucose (sugar) and high carbs. Eggs, nuts and those sorts of things are healthy. It's a new way of thinking for many.

fat free Greek yogurt. whole quart is only 460 calories. that's my go-to.

GOOGLE is your friend. Just put in low carb snacks post gallbladder surgery. You will find a plethora of suggestions and recipes. Good luck to you.

Raw, cold sugar-snap peas -- the fat kind -- eat the shell and all. Frozen grapes. Toasted & salted edamame. Dried, seedless dates.

A sliced apple sprinkled with apple pie spice; humus with veggies; frozen berries with non-fat vanilla yogurt + a dash of no sugar added vanilla syrup; a deli slice of turkey wrapped around 1 low-fat string cheese; 1/3 cup 2% cottage cheese put through a Ninja with chopped celery, green pepper and a dash of hot sauce + a 100 Calorie bag of wheat thins
