Yesterday started off great but the evening was a complete disaster. I always seem to have a decent weigh in on Monday and destroy it by Tuesday morning. Something I definately have to work on. Last night after work I went on a cookie and ice cream binge. While eating the ice cream I was even thinking, I really don't need this, lol. Needless, to say this morning I was up a pound and a half. Today's plan to get rid of that excess weight is make sure I get all water in at work, avoid snacking due to boredom, and stay within my calories. I should be back to 128 maybe even a little lower by Friday.
I've tried to wake up the last 2 days to get to the gym in the am but falling asleep at 11 just makes it impossible. I don't have school tonight so I plan to get to bed by 9 so that tomorrow morning I will definately be able to get up at 5-no excuses!
I'm wearing a new dress that my boyfriend bought for my birthday. So even though it's all rainy out I feel amazing. I also lost a contact this morning and couldn't find my extras so I'm wearing glasses. Thank God they look good with my dress, lol.
I tried to post a pic of me in the dress but couldn't figure out how. :( Maybe another day.

All I have to say, is this. You know what you are doing! Ice cream and cookies aren't that terrible, and you *know* you can't gain 1.5lbs overnight. That just isn't possible. It's probably different things and as long as you stick with water and exercise today, I am completely confident that you will see that weight come off in a weigh-in tomorrow. I weighed in yesterday morning at 134.8! This morning, 131 even. The scale is a funny thing. Just keep on doing what you need to do, and you'll see the drop you want to see!
