Just wanted to share something that I have experienced and I don’t know if someone else will benefit!

I have always been overweight for all of my life and it’s been on my mind to always lose weight. I’ve never felt like I have fit it, so I tried numerous times to attempt to lose weight in various ways. I’ve tried other apps and plans, wasted a lot of money and time, but nothing really stuck.

After finding this app, I felt the complete opposite from all of my other times! It doesn’t feel like I’m being forced into a box and seeing others who are alongside of me helps mentally as well. The one thing that I have noticed is that I have my calories set a lot higher than normal (2600 a day), but I find myself only eating 1600. Every other app I would panic if I got relatively close to my calorie limit for the day, oftentimes I would spiral for days if I went over. I don’t know why, but it seems to be taking off some stress from this experience! Please let me know if you feel similarly or have any tips moving forward!

Cdm1207 everyone's body is different and everyone's journey is different, what works for one person might not work for the other person, just experiment and see what works for you. sometimes I'm way over and sometimes way under but I try to find the sweet spot for me and I go with it. I hope that helps
