Must make healthy food my comfort and long walks down the beautiful coast where I live. Before April I managed to give up alcohol for six months and enjoyed many a long walk along the coast and the beautiful countryside I have on my doorstep I was truly blessed and lost two stone during that period unfortunately no more🤨
