How cool is this? I just accidentally made the best tasting salad dressing I have ever eaten, it's kind of green goddess-y. I was blending half an avocado with two tablespoons of sour cream and my husband called me, I was talking to him on the phone and continuing my prep, I peel a cucumber and instead of putting it on the cutting board and slicing it I tossed it in the blender with the avocado and sour cream and hit pulse, it thinned the mix out to a pour able consistency and it tasted fabulous, cool smooth and creamy. Went perfect on top of my Tuna-chef salad!
