Well we are finally settled in and I have time to start Weight Watchers again. The move across the country took a big toll on all of us and a really hard toll on my determination to succeed at losing weight. I tried to get back on the plan about two weeks ago, lost two pounds by my weigh in last weekend and then had a work day down at our barn and blew the first day of my week...it never fails, when I blow the first day, I have a hard time recovering for the rest of the week. So I gained a pound back this week. I am happy that I didn't gain both pounds back and it goes to show that my body is ready to get back on track! So here we go again...starting over and hoping to show a steady downhill graph on that weight history chart from now on!!!
